Hardware Engineer

For an industrial reality operating in a technologically advanced context, we are looking for an HW Engineer to be integrated into the electronic design office.

The selected candidate will become part of a structured technical environment and will collaborate on the development of electronic products, overseeing the main phases of design, verification, and validation, contributing to the creation of reliable and high-quality solutions.

HW ENGINEER – Electronic Design – H26540

Work location: La Spezia

The resource will be involved in hardware design activities and will support the team in the development of new products and the optimization of existing ones.

Specifically, they will be responsible for:

• Hardware design of electronic components and boards.
• Verification and validation of prototypes through laboratory tests.
• Preparation of technical documentation and product qualification documentation.
• Collaboration with the design team in the various product development phases.

Requirements

• Degree, preferably in Electronic Engineering or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, gained in structured industrial contexts.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Good command of the Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of electronic design tools, such as OrCAD or equivalent software, is a plus.
• The profile is completed by: excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, autonomy in managing activities, orientation towards achieving objectives, teamwork aptitude, and good interpersonal and communication skills.

National Metalworking Collective Agreement

Salary range: €45,000 – €50,000

Performance bonus; company welfare; no smart working is provided.
