Hardware Engineer

For our headquarters in Sesto Calende, and specifically for our Electronics Division, we are looking for a Hardware Engineer who will be responsible for the following activities:

• Definition of the hardware architecture of mixed-signal electronic boards and their functional sections
• Selection of electronic components, including through discussions with suppliers and Field Application Engineers, and research for innovative technological solutions
• Execution of circuit simulations to support design choices
• Schematic entry
• Definition of technical specifications for PCB layout and routing
• Execution of bring-up, debug, characterization, and hardware validation activities for prototypes
• Verification of the integration of the electronic board into the finished product
• Support for the transition to mass production
• Management of technical project documentation
• Support for the analysis of field returns, with the aim of identifying any design criticalities and defining appropriate corrective or improvement actions
• Technical management of the hardware project throughout the entire development cycle, from the conceptual phase to series production

Required Requirements:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in the design of mixed-signal electronic boards
• Solid knowledge of analog and digital electronics
• Ability to analyze, modify, and manually rework electronic boards as part of bring-up, debug, and troubleshooting activities
• Excellent knowledge and autonomy in the use of electronic laboratory instrumentation
• Operational autonomy, sense of responsibility, and results orientation
• Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and pressure situations
• Attitude for teamwork and collaboration with other company functions

The position offers a starting gross annual salary (RAL) of €40,000. The final economic offer will be defined during the interview, based on the candidate's actual experience and professional profile.

The Total Reward package includes:
