Your tasks: Perform repairs on smartphones (display, battery, charging ports etc.)
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems
Accept and process repair orders directly with customers
Document the repairs in the system
Support the team in general store operations



You bring: Experience in repairing smartphones or similar electronics (desirable) - not necessarily required
Tech-savviness, willingness to learn, and an eye for detail
Clean, reliable, and solution-oriented work style
Friendly demeanor when interacting with customers
Good German language skills, English language skills a plus
