We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager from Brazil to join our growing team.The ideal candidate will be a natively English-speaking professional with astrong aptitude for both leadership and technical execution. This role offers a unique opportunityto manage high-impact projects while configuring and optimizing tools like JIRA, HubSpot, andother project management and CRM platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and oversee end-to-end project lifecycles for

technology-driven initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, andwithin budget.

• Tool Configuration: Configure, manage, and optimize tools such as JIRA, HubSpot,

and other platforms to enhance workflows, reporting, and team collaboration.

• Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between cross-functional teams,

including technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless communicationand alignment.

• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and

implement solutions proactively.

• Deliverables Oversight: Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure

quality outcomes that meet organizational goals.

• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance project management

processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Native-level English speaker with exceptional written and verbal

communication skills.

• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in configuring and managing tools like JIRA,

HubSpot, and similar platforms.

• Project Leadership: Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

in a fast-paced environment.

• Team Collaboration: Strong ability to lead and coordinate efforts across diverse teams

with technical and non-technical members.

• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills with a keen

eye for detail.

• Project Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other project management

frameworks and methodologies.
