Your tasks

• Advising on the full ICT infrastructure of clients (Cloud First strategy).
• Management and security of ICT environments.
• Executing technical installations, both remotely and on-site.
• Supporting and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a stable work environment.
• Migrating and upgrading systems to keep them up-to-date.
• Brainstorming creative solutions that contribute to growth and success.

Job requirements:

What do we ask?

• HBO work and thinking level.
• At least 5 years of experience in ICT management (MKB).
• Knowledge of products/services such as:
  • VMWare (Horizon, vSphere vCenter / ESXi)
  • SaaS Tools (Exclaimer, Duo Security, SentinelOne, Printix, Keeper, Phished)
  • Hardware (Fortinet, Draytek, Aruba, Dell, mobile devices, Yealink, APC UPS)
  • MSP Tools (Autotask, IT Glue)
• Experience with project-based work, servicedesk and SLA's (pre: Prince2 & ITIL).
• Good command of Dutch and English.
• Analytical, communicative strong, customer-oriented.
• Driving license B and living in the Twente/Achterhoek region.
