Job Description
- Loading and unloading shipments according to procedure in such a way that no damage occurs to our customers’ goods or other materials
- Operating the forklift and other lifting and transport equipment, and thereby assisting with the sorting of shipments
- Scanning shipments during the unloading, loading, and sorting processes
- Immediately reporting damaged or defective packaging and/or opened shipments to the Operations Supervisor.
- Applying the correct routing labels to shipments as needed
- Organizing assigned tasks as efficiently as possible and making optimal use of the resources provided.
- Ensuring the warehouse remains clean during work.
