About the Role
Join a well-established hand therapy service as an experienced clinician contributing to a team known for its collaborative culture and high clinical standards. You'll work with a diverse caseload from hospital patients to competitive athletes, sports teams, and clients recovering from ACC-related injuries. This is an opportunity to apply your clinical skills, share knowledge, and help grow capability across the team and wider community.

Salary and Benefits

• Competitive salary: $85,000 - $110,000 (experience dependent)

Skills and Experience

• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centred hand therapy interventions
• Design tailored rehabilitation plans aligned with patient goals
• Maintain accurate, insightful clinical documentation
• Work collaboratively with referrers and other health professionals
• Contribute positively to team culture and uphold high clinical standards
• Operate confidently within professional competencies and scope

About You

• Registered with the Physiotherapy Board of NZ or Occupational Therapy Board of NZ, plus Hand Therapy NZ, with a current APC
• Prior hand therapy experience is an advantage, but motivated applicants without it will be considered
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organised, and committed to continuous learning
• Holds a full, clean driver's licence and reliable transport
