Hand Therapist

About the role

In this role you'll work alongside an experienced and supportive interdisciplinary team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists and psychologists. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality hand therapy while continuing to grow your clinical expertise in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

- Salary $95-105k per annum, depending on experience

What you'll be doing
- Providing specialist clinical hand therapy assessment and treatment to a diverse range of clients
- Working across a variety of ACC contracts and injury management pathways
- Completing clear, comprehensive documentation and reports to support each client's rehabilitation journey
- Contributing to high standards of service delivery and best-practice care
- Collaborating closely with the wider team - and providing support to junior clinicians if you bring prior experience
Skills and Experience
- Current registration with the NZ Physiotherapy Board or Occupational Therapy Board
- Current APC and registration with the Hand Therapy Board of NZ
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Committed to delivering excellent, client-centred care and keen to continue upskilling
- A genuine team player who builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues
