You will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include: Providing hand therapy services to patients with a range of conditions and injuries, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic conditions. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans. Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop treatment plans. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress. Participating in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices. Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
