Job description: The main tasks you will be responsible for in this position, among others, will include: Realization of business priorities and sales targets and budgetary goals for a given hall. Developing sales potential on the local market and building effective relationships with customers. Managing a team of hall employees, taking care of their competence development and maintaining a high level of engagement. Promoting and enforcing the Active Salesperson attitude among employees at all levels of the hall. Building and maintaining good relationships with suppliers and partners.
