Halal meat industry introductory courses are expected to be completed in this position and we will consider applicants who can demonstrate a proven track record of learning and must be willing to undergo comprehensive training in both beef and lamb.

Currently working eight to ten hours a day, five to six days a week, this role covers both day and night shift and preference will be given to any night shift candidates.
