The Role
We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Hairdressers/Barbers to join our
growing team. You’ll be part of a professional, fast-paced environment where precision,
customer service, and consistency are key.

Key Responsibilities
 Assess hair condition and prepare clients for grooming services including washing
and treatments
 Provide hair and scalp treatments to maintain healthy condition
 Consult with clients to understand desired styles and offer professional
recommendations
 Ensure client comfort using appropriate protective coverings
 Execute haircuts and styling using clippers, scissors, and blow dryers
 Shape and maintain beards and moustaches with accuracy
 Perform traditional shaving services using razors where required
 Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all tools and workstations
 Process client payments and provide excellent customer service
 Stay updated with current trends, techniques, and grooming styles

Requirements
 Applicant must have relevant AQF Certificate III or AQF Certificate IV plus at least 1 -
2 years relevant full-time working experience. Or at least 3 years relevant full-time
working experience may substitute for these qualifications.
 Must possess technical, creative, and interpersonal skills.
 Good time management & communication skills
 Creativity and attention to detail.

 Competitive salary package: $65,000 – $80,000 + super
