Key Responsibilities: Provide professional advice on hair care, beauty products, and hairstyles to clients. Shampoo and condition hair, ensuring a thorough scalp treatment. Colour, straighten, and permanently wave hair using chemical solutions. Cut hair with precision using scissors, clippers, and razors. Style hair using various techniques, including blow-drying, curling, and straightening. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of hair care products and techniques. Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and provide exceptional customer service. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required. Be willing to learn and adapt to new techniques and products. Be able to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Be able to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.
