Duties and Responsibilities

•Maintain clean and sanitize work areas

•Observe work health and safety practices

•Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee, espresso, cold blended drinks and teas

•Provide a high standard customer Service

•Taking reservations and greeting guests

•Preparing and mixing a range of such as various coffee types

•Taking orders

•Preparing garnishes

•Cleaning coffee counter areas

•Cleaning and care of glasses, cups and equipment

•Practicing proper workplace health and safety procedures

•Other incidental and peripheral duties as requested by the employer

•Receipt and dispensing of all monies

•Respond to customer requests in a professional and timely manner

•Offer assistance to customers

•Promote the employer's services and facilities to customers when appropriate

•Make customers feel welcome

•Assist in maintaining customer service standards set by the employer

• Ensure your work area complies with the highest standards of cleanliness
