Our client thinks that being a psychologist is an art. And that you become happy from working with your head, heart and hands. Contact making and communicating from attention and clients being included. In short: a GZ-psycholoog who can not only read notes but also really make music and work eclectically (evidence-based, above protocol). A GZ-psycholoog who can transcend and reflect and offer clients a firm hand in setting difficult steps, even towards work. You focus on what works and what is possible, in collaboration with client, supervisor and occupational health physician. The number of hours can be determined by agreement (16-36 hours), depending on location and your availability!

You will be working at an organization that provides professional care to people with mental health problems. It's a nationwide operating organization for psychological services aimed at promoting employability and work happiness. They do this by giving the work context a prominent place in guidance and involving the employer in favor of employability. The starting point is to look at what is possible despite the complaints and stimulate the client to take (again) the reins. Here they use proven methods and are inspired by recent brain knowledge.

Our client treats (monodisciplinarily) everything related to burnout, anxiety, mood and trauma. The duration of the sessions sits in the range of 8-20 sessions. For reintegration and employability goals, you will work together with client and supervisor on a brain-friendly work and lifestyle.

Intake Research & Advice: diagnosis and DSM 5 classification, descriptive diagnosis, treatment plan and work advice to prepare

• Individual therapy sessions to perform
  
• Employer activities (work-oriented interventions, aligning supervisor and occupational health physician)
  

Furthermore, you can, depending on your profile and wishes, take on the following tasks:

• Giving competence training to clients (groups)
  
• Performing psychological expertises (in commission of an occupational health physician)
  
• Giving tailor-made training at organizations (employers)
  

Requirements

• You are customer-oriented, stress-resistant, flexible and solution-focused.
  
• You have a proactive and service-oriented approach.
  
• You are familiar or curious about working at the intersection of health and work.
  
• You possess at least three years of treatment experience, preferably in the field of work & psyche.
  
• You have a BIG registration and are GZ-psycholoog.
