ZZP Psychologist

You will fulfill the function of (regie) therapist where you are responsible for the individual treatment from intake to discharge and related psychodiagnosis, indication setting, and advising. There may also be opportunities to work group therapeutically, allowing for innovation. You will work closely together with other disciplines internally, as well as possibly many external contacts.

One of your tasks is to guide the GZ-psychologist in training. Additionally, delegated tasks from specialists in geriatric medicine will also be part of the workload.

The expert center for old-age psychiatry has two main goals: namely, being an expert in the field of old-age psychiatry and being a partner in mental health care for older people in the region.

You will be part of the ambulatory team for registration, diagnosis, and treatment that is housed at the location in Zevenaar.

The elderly care landscape is generally enormous in motion. The aging population, labor market, and vision setting has resulted in enormous development in the region. From the networks around vulnerable older people, new partnerships are emerging: the transformation to network care must be continued, so that people can live longer healthy in their own environment. At our client's organization, new work forms have been responsible for a shift from clinical work to transmural and even ambulatory work over the past few years. • You are BIG-registered as a GZ-psychologist.
• You have experience in psychiatry. Affinity with older people is highly desirable.
• You are a generalist and see challenges in various, multifaceted problematics.
• You have the ambition to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.
• You possess good communication and social skills.
• You think in possibilities and are passionate.
