Tasks
- Creation of valuations of residential and commercial properties outside the small loan limit
- Review and plausibility check of valuations
- Site inspections
- Monitoring of market developments and processing of research information on the real estate market
Profile
- You have several years of professional experience as a real estate appraiser for residential and commercial properties or in processing real estate financing
- Ideally, you are certified as a real estate appraiser for market and collateral value assessments according to HypZert F (or a comparable certification). You can also obtain this qualification shortly after joining
