Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Pay Rate: $15.50/hr - $24.75/hr plus commission depending on background and experience. As a Guitar Technician, you will be the go-to expert for all things guitar, bass, and ukulele. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the guitar department, storage areas, and customer areas. • Assist customers with their musical needs, including answering questions, making recommendations, and providing product demonstrations. • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently. • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform inventory management tasks. • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays. • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service. • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, and provide excellent customer service at all times. • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge. • Perform other duties as assigned by management. • QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or music-related environment preferred. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. • BENEFITS: • Competitive hourly wage and commission structure. • Opportunities for advancement and professional growth. • Comprehensive training program. • Discounts on products and services. • Access to exclusive employee events and activities. •
