Requirements and Training • Technical training (in progress or completed): Degree in Tourism, History, Art History, Humanities, Geography and History, Fine Arts, Anthropology, Higher Technician in GIAT (Tourist Information and Commercialization), TEAT, or equivalent Higher Vocational Training. • Local knowledge: Profound understanding of the history, architecture, legends, and traditions of Seville. • Organizational skills: Ability to plan itineraries optimized for time and distance, and resolve unforeseen route issues (street closures, traffic incidents, etc.). • Group and tool management: Control of group dynamics in crowded areas, use of booking tools, tourism apps, and radioguide systems. • Soft skills: Assertive communication (storytelling), empathy, charisma, passion, and rigorous punctuality. Conditions and Availability • Modality: Cultural volunteering / associative project / training internship agreement. • Target audience: Members, association supporters, and the general Sevillian public. • Flexible hours: Adaptable to your availability (weekends, holidays, or night tours). Are you interested in participating? Send us your CV along with a brief presentation telling us what theme or corner of Seville you would like to turn into a cultural route for our members.
