Job Description: As a Guest Services Supervisor at Pullman Singapore Orchard, you will be responsible for leading our guest services team to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests. You will oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring that all guest requests are met with prompt attention and courtesy. Your expertise in customer service will help us maintain our high standards of hospitality. Responsibilities: * Lead a team of Guest Services Agents to provide exceptional guest experiences * Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest requests * Ensure that all guest requests are met with prompt attention and courtesy * Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery * Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to team members as needed * Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Benefits: * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance
