Job description
Playground is an internationally renowned gaming destination located a short 15-minute drive south of downtown Montreal, within the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake. We are currently expanding, unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options.
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Guest Services Attendant to play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our valued guests. We are committed to creating a welcoming and entertaining atmosphere for all, and we need passionate individuals to help us achieve this goal.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a warm, courteous and professional manner
- Inform guests about Playground policies and answer their questions
- Answer emails, phone calls and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Sign-up new customers and create new players cards
- Assist guests with merchandise purchases
- Restock department supplies inventory on a regular basis
- Responsible for balancing the cash register
- Monitor lost and found items
- Responsible for remaining knowledgeable of the Daily Tournaments/Cash Games (Stakes and buy-in amounts)
- Responsible for remaining knowledgeable of all current and upcoming promotions on the gaming floor
- Responsible for enrolling players on Poker wait list
- Knowledge of our Rewards programs to assist players in claiming
- Work with a variety of different departments to assure the best possible service
- Maintain Daily Reports to facilitate proper communication between the Player Services Team as well as Administration and other Departments
Requirements:
- Must be perfectly bilingual (French and English) and 18 years or older
- Must have a valid work permit or be a Canadian resident
- Must have strong writing skills in French and English
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as within a team setting
- Ability to multitask while remaining calm and professional
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite and strong computer skills
