What you’ll do…
Support the smooth operation of our daily front-office operations by leading and inspiring your team of receptionists. Your goal: to provide an unforgettable Hox experience for our guests from arrival to departure.
Lead your team with good example, motivate them, and keep them engaged. Support them in feeling secure and empowered, so they can create exceptional experiences for our guests – and feel free to approach you with any questions.
Contribute actively to the success of our company by ensuring that prices are correct, monitoring overbooking rates, and working with your team to ensure a full and satisfied house.
Maintain everything runs smoothly and looks professional – and find solutions together with the team for unexpected challenges
