Guest Service Executive - up to $3,700 base

Responsibilities Deliver a warm, genuine welcome to every guest and ensure exceptional dining experiences from arrival to farewell. Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize service efficiency and comfort. Recognize and anticipate the preferences of regular guests and VIPs, adding personal touches to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Coordinate closely with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth communication and timely service delivery. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues effectively. Maintain a clean and organized reception area and waiting spaces, creating a pleasant ambiance. Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and processing payments. Stay updated on menu items, promotions, and special events to provide accurate information to guests. Uphold the restaurant's standards of service and appearance, ensuring a consistent and positive guest experience. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or hospitality, with a strong understanding of guest relations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, resolving issues with a positive attitude. Proficiency in reservation systems and point-of-sale (POS) systems. Knowledge of food and beverage terminology and restaurant operations.
