As a Guest Service Executive at our Conrad Singapore Orchard property, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating and meeting the needs of our guests, including handling guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise. * Ensure all guest interactions are friendly, professional, and courteous, reflecting positively on the Conrad brand. * Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide informed recommendations to guests. * Work closely with other departments, such as Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage, to ensure seamless service delivery. * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field preferred. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a guest service role. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. * Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
