About the Role: We are looking for a Guest Service Associate for grocery store operations in Bangalore, ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering world-class customer experiences. Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming, friendly atmosphere at all times. Provide exceptional service to customers by answering questions, making recommendations, and addressing any concerns they may have. Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. Maintain high standards of quality control for products and services. Develop strong relationships with customers through personalized interactions and loyalty programs. Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives. Perform other duties as required.
