Job description
Le Grand Bellevue is considered one of the most traditional and oldest luxury hotels in Gstaad. It combines the luxury and sophistication of a Grand Hotel with the charming atmosphere of a cozy country house.
We are looking for for the upcoming Winter season 2026 / 2027 a
Guest Service Agent (m/f)
- Tailored guest service via email, phone, WhatsApp and on-site in English, German, and French
- Organization of transfers, activities, tickets, and restaurant reservations
- Preparation of guest stays and activities with Dailypoint
- Building contacts with external providers and checking the accuracy of fees and invoices
- Assistance at the reception with daily tasks
- Arrangement of special amenities to enhance guest satisfaction
- Responding to online guest reviews
