Role Overview
Rydges Wellington is a leading four-star property featuring 280 rooms in the heart of the city. We are seeking a dedicated Front Office professional to deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. This role requires a strong focus on service excellence, operational accuracy, and collaboration across departments to ensure a seamless stay for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide a warm and professional welcome and farewell to all guests.• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.• Maintain precise records of transactions and reservations.• Liaise with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Reservations to ensure rooms are prepared and guest requests are fulfilled promptly.• Respond to inquiries and special requests with confidence and professionalism.• Offer informed recommendations on hotel services and local attractions.• Assist with valet parking services, ensuring safe handling of guest vehicles.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous, but a strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences is essential.• Professional, approachable, and confident communication style.• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.• High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.• A full driver’s license for valet duties.
