Whether processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, or sharing the highlights of the location’s offerings, our Guest Experience Experts are always looking for ways to exceed guest expectations. This role is responsible for coordinating the recognition of guests who have achieved certain milestones or have special occasions during their stay. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Key responsibilities include: • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences; • Processing operational needs and addressing guest requests in a timely manner; • Completing reports and sharing the highlights of the location’s offerings; • Recognizing guests who have achieved certain milestones or have special occasions during their stay; • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any discrepancies or issues. The ideal candidate will possess: • High school diploma or equivalent required; • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred; • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
