Job description
Maintain cordial relations with customers, welcoming clients in a friendly & professional way as they walk-in & exit the sales office. Filling in the walk-ins’ forms of clients and ensuring all details of guests are taken on the guest information form. Assigning a sales manager as approved by the site head. Handling booked clients and concerns in an efficient and timely manner. Ensure clients are attended on time. Assist the sales team with all required documents and providing any support required to ensure seamless customer service. Providing exceptional customer experience through prompt response to client inquiries, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
