As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience at our properties in North India, fostering a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for all visitors. Roles and Responsibilities ● Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, provide information on hotel facilities and services, handle guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise. Ensure that all guests feel valued and respected throughout their stay. ● Communication Skills: Develop strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders through effective communication. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolve complaints in a professional manner, and maintain confidentiality when necessary. ● Teamwork: Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure seamless operations, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to the overall success of the property. ● Problem-Solving: Identify and address potential issues before they become major problems, think critically to find solutions, and take initiative to improve processes and procedures. ● Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to adapt to changing circumstances, priorities, and deadlines. ● Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of your work, ensuring accuracy and precision in tasks and responsibilities.
