The Guest Relations is responsible for welcoming, accompanying and delighting guests, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. Acts in direct relationship with the client, anticipating needs, solving demands and strengthening the hotel's image through cordial, empathetic and personalized service. Works in partnership with other departments to ensure satisfaction, loyalty and well-being of guests.
