Job description
The Living Circle is the leading, most innovative and diverse Hospitality group in Switzerland, which redefines luxury: natural, regional, historically rooted and authentic. The group, owned by Swiss family businesses, includes four hotels: Castello del Sole Beach Resort & Spa in Ascona, Widder Hotel and Hotel Storchen in Zurich, Alex Lake Zurich in Thalwil, and the private Hideaway Château de Raymontpierre with its own farm in the Jura. This is supplemented by a range of services, including event management, catering, and wellness offerings. Our guests are looking for unique experiences that combine relaxation, adventure, and cultural exploration. As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable stay at one of our hotels or resorts. Your tasks will include: • Providing exceptional service to our guests, including check-in, check-out, and assistance with any requests or issues they may have. • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about the hotel's services, amenities, and local attractions to provide personalized recommendations and advice. • Handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. • Collaborating with other departments, such as events, catering, and wellness, to ensure seamless service delivery. • Participating in training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in hospitality. • Working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required. • Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager. Requirements: • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is an asset. Benefits: • Competitive salary and benefits package. • Opportunities for professional growth and development. • Collaborative and dynamic work environment. • Access to training and education programs. • Discounts on hotel stays and services. • Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance. What we offer: • A unique and challenging role in a growing company. • The opportunity to work with a diverse range of guests from around the world. • A dynamic and supportive work environment. • Ongoing training and development opportunities. • Competitive compensation and benefits package. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and have a strong desire to grow with our company, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your application, including your CV and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and qualifications.
