The Fashion Outlet Center Montabaur is a modern outdoor shopping center with around 60 stores and 4 restaurants. Daily, we welcome numerous national and international guests and offer them a unique shopping experience.

Your Tasks

• You will be the first point of contact for our visitors with your friendly and professional demeanor.
• You greet and assist our visitors at the center entrance and service point.
• You inform about current actions, offers, and events in the outlet center.
• You support customers in using our outlet shopping app.
• You know all stores, brands, and locations within the center and are available as a competent contact person.
• You assist our VIP and international customers with advice and support.
• You support our customers with questions and concerns.
• You will impress with your open-minded personality at events, promotional actions, and seasonal events.
• You support the marketing team in implementing promotions and campaigns.

Your Profile

• Availability for shift and weekend work as well as support during special events outside of regular business hours.
• You enjoy interacting with people and have a keen sense of excellent service.
• You present yourself in a friendly, professional, and fashion-conscious manner.
• Communication is one of your greatest strengths.
• You are familiar with digital apps and applications.
• You communicate confidently in German and English.
• You are flexible and willing to work within our opening hours.
• Ideal candidates have already gained experience in customer service, retail, tourism, or the hotel industry.
