This position plays a key role in creating, supervising, and continuously improving the guest experience online with the values and standards of the group. As Guest Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a memorable stay with us, from check-in to check-out. Your main tasks will include: • Developing and implementing strategies to improve the guest experience, in line with the company's values and standards. • Supervising and coordinating the work of other departments to ensure that all aspects of the guest experience are met. • Analyzing and interpreting data on guest satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement. • Collaborating with other teams to develop and implement new initiatives and programs to enhance the guest experience. • Providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise. • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all interactions with guests and colleagues. • Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. • Working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
