From the Sunset Hotels & Resorts division, we are seeking a passionate and service-driven Guest Experience Manager for METT Milan Torre Velasca. As Guest Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading the guest experience team at METT Milan Torre Velasca, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable stay. Your key responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive guest experience strategy to drive loyalty and retention; • Collaborating with the hotel's operational teams to ensure seamless execution of the guest experience plan; • Conducting regular guest satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly; • Building strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders to foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere; • Managing and developing the guest experience team to achieve exceptional results; • Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the guest experience strategy and make data-driven decisions. To be successful in this role, you will need: • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field; and/or relevant work experience in the hospitality industry; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Strong leadership and management abilities; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
