Guest Experience Manager | Luxury Lodge | Sabi Sands Salary: Negotiable DOE Live-in Position Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Guest Experience Manager for a luxury lodge in the Sabi Sands. This key leadership role is responsible for ensuring every guest journey is seamless, intentional, and emotionally resonant. The successful candidate will lead and inspire guest-facing teams while safeguarding and elevating the lodge’s guest experience standards. Minimum Requirements: • 3+ years of hospitality or tourism industry experience; • Proven track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences; • Strong leadership and team management skills; • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; • High school diploma or equivalent required; • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.
