As Guest Experience Agent, you will gather valuable experiences in the luxury hotel industry – in an environment that combines highest quality and style. Guest Experience Agent (w/m/d) Employment type: Full-time Personal greeting and guest care throughout the stay Ensuring a personalized and excellent guest experience Maintenance of guest data, preferences, and feedback in relevant systems Coordination with colleagues to ensure seamless service provision Attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong communication skills and fluency in German Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite Familiarity with hotel management software and property management systems Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
