The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as law enforcement or security, and will have at least 3 years of experience in the private security sector. The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The candidate must also be able to pass a background check and obtain a Guardia Particolare Giurata certification.
