Michael Page Operational Duties and Responsibilities - Carrying out services for the transport, escort, and custody of valuables, in accordance with current regulations. - Completion and management of service documentation; - Use of communication and security systems on board armored vehicles; - Collaboration with the operational team. We are looking for someone who has: Education: High school diploma; English language: basic knowledge; Driver's license: possession of categories B and C. If the license C qualification is expired or interrupted, the company is willing to support the costs of renewal or acquisition. Previous experience: at least two years in the role at Security Institutes or similar contexts; Valid Sworn Private Security Guard qualification; Good knowledge of security procedures and industry regulations; Motivation and interest in the security and guarding sector. Preferred Requirements - Reliability and confidentiality; - Excellent management of stress and critical situations; - Ability to work in a team; - Good communication and interpersonal skills; - Precision and attention to detail. The company operates in the international shipping sector and is located in Arezzo. - Permanent contract. - Application of the National Collective Labor Agreement for Private Security, including thirteenth and fourteenth month's salary; for personnel already possessing valid qualifications, placement is at the 4th level. For holders of category C license, advancement to the 3rd level is also evaluated after one year of continuous service. - Gross Annual Salary (RAL): from € 25,000 up to € 32,000.
