The security guard is responsible for ensuring the safety of the premises, identifying and reducing risks, always following labor policies and regulations. Their responsibility is to ensure that employees, customers, visitors and service providers are always in a safe and professional work environment. Responsibilities:
- Perform surveillance activities (with or without weapon).
- Conduct patrols, sweeps and static surveillance to observe unusual activities and prevent situations that put the integrity of the building, equipment and/or employees at risk.
- Escort and protect employees and/or customers.
- Analyze risks and conduct audits of specific areas.
- Identify conditions that may pose a risk to the location's safety, including fires, evacuations, hazardous situations and other related events.
- Communicate and document irregularities or incidents involving the location's security and people.
- Maintain and care for the premises' assets and elements.
- Comply with requests for assistance from the Supervisor and/or Client.
- Perform other tasks assigned, similar in nature to those performed in the same field of activity.
- High school diploma completed.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
- Military or Police retired (3 years minimum - preferred).
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills complete and fluent in Spanish (Bilingual - preferred).
- Ability to work as part of a team with maturity and positive attitude.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
- Gross salary: $11,000 per month.
