GTM Engineer (m/f/d)

Tasks

• End-to-End Ownership: You take over customer projects and build scalable outbound systems with our own data stack and modern GTM tools
• Collaboration with Sales: You hand over leads to the setters, maintain the CRM, get feedback, and refine the campaign accordingly – the loop runs through you
• AI & Automation: You develop AI prompts and automations that sharpen our qualification – and are responsible for how to turn data into pipeline
• Process Thinking: You think in systems, recognize repetitions, and automate them without waiting for instructions

Qualification

• Experience: You have gained initial work experience in a dynamic environment – startup, agency, sales, or something of your own.
• Skillset: Experience with GTM tools or automations is ideal. If you have dealt with it privately and want to turn it into a profession: equally welcome.
• Technical Mindset: You are not afraid of new tools and quickly learn to use n8n, Claude Code, or other AI automations.
• Motivation: You don't just want a job, but to see firsthand how we build the systems for investors and SMEs that help them grow and buy.

Sneak Peek: This is how the application process works at Growthside:

1. First Brief Exchange
After your application, we will get back to you within 3 business days. In the first step, we will arrange a 10-minute phone call with someone from our team. Here we will see if it's a good fit for both sides and then directly schedule a follow-up appointment for the Kick-Off Call.

2. Kick-Off Call
In the second conversation, we will take about 30-45 minutes. We want to get to know you properly, know what fascinates you and what drives you. At the same time, we offer you a deeper look behind the scenes at Growthside and answer all your questions. After the conversation, you can reflect on everything, so we can have a brief exchange again the next day.

3. Case Study

You will receive a practical case study. We are interested in how you think – not what is in your resume. We will discuss your solution together in the final meeting.

4. Team Meeting
In the final meeting, we would like to invite you to our office in Frankfurt. You will meet the founders Vincent and Fabian in person and also have the opportunity to chat with the team. In about 90 minutes, we will take you deep into our processes, mission, business plan, and give you a 360-degree insight. After the meeting, we will get back to you within 5 business days.
