Job description

In Germany, patients spend 30 billion EUR annually at the dentist. Despite this market size, many practices still work with outdated offline software from the 80s. Roger is here to change that.

Our Mission: Revolutionize dental practices with our virtual KI-assistant Roger. Our software transforms treatment planning and patient communication, increases efficiency and revenue, and simplifies practice life for dentists and their teams.

If you're technology enthusiastic, willing to take responsibility, and want to make a real impact in a rapidly growing environment, then you're at the right place with Roger.

Tasks

As GTM Engineer, you'll be the technical backbone of our Go-to-Market: You'll build systems, automations, and data flows that make Sales & Marketing faster, cleaner, and scalable. You'll think in funnels, data, and workflows – and set them up so that pipeline planning becomes feasible and revenue teams work efficiently.

GTM Systems Architecture:

You'll analyze our entire Revenue-Funnel (Lead → MQL → SQL → Demo → Close) and build a robust system landscape including ownership, field logic, and process gates in HubSpot (or comparable).

Lifecycle- & Funnel-Automation:

You'll implement automations for routing, enrichment, sequences, follow-ups, reminders, deal stages, tasks, SLAs, and nurture tracks

AI in GTM-Prozessen:

You'll integrate LLMs (e.g. OpenAI API, Claude) for use cases like lead scoring, meeting prep, call summaries, email drafts, persona/ICP insights, objection handling, content repackaging, and research – with clear guardrails, quality checks, and logging.

Tooling- & Data Connectivity:

You'll connect our tools (CRM, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Calendars, Forms, Enrichment-Tools etc.) via Webhooks/APIs, so that data flows automatically and GTM processes “always-on” run.

Tracking, Attribution & Reporting:

You'll ensure we have reliable funnel clean source logic, campaign/UTM standards, lead and deal attribution, and dashboards for pipeline, conversion, CAC/payback signals (according to maturity level).

Experimentation Engine:

You'll build an infrastructure that allows us to quickly test growth experiments (messaging, channels, targeting, sequencing) – including measurability, documentation, and learnings.

Enablement & Documentation:

You'll document systems, build playbooks, and train Sales/Marketing so that processes also function stably without you.
