As Group Leader Payroll & Service, you will be responsible for the following tasks: • Development and implementation of payroll processes and systems; • Coordination with HR and other departments to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations; • Analysis and optimization of payroll processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs; • Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records of employee data; • Collaboration with external partners, such as banks and insurance companies, to facilitate payroll processing; • Development and implementation of training programs for employees in the area of payroll and HR; • Support of the company's HR department in matters related to personnel accounting and payroll; • Identification and resolution of payroll-related issues and discrepancies; • Compliance with relevant laws, regulations and standards in the area of payroll and HR. As a Group Leader Payroll & Service, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various departments and stakeholders within the company. You will be responsible for ensuring that all payroll processes are accurate, efficient and compliant with relevant laws and regulations. Your expertise and experience in payroll and HR will be essential in supporting the company's continued growth and success. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field; • At least 3 years of experience in payroll and HR, preferably in a leadership role; • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Austria; • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Fluency in German (written and spoken); English language skills are an asset.
