Group Leader Marketing Europe Life Safety (w/m/div.)

Take over responsibility: As Group Leader Marketing of the Business Unit Europe Life Safety (EL) you will take over leadership responsibility for an international team of marketing professionals and proactively steer all marketing activities of the business unit.
Achieve goals: You are responsible for the strategic planning of the marketing plan of the Business Unit EL and ensure that all marketing measures are targeted at our business objectives. For this purpose, you will work closely and collaboratively with the sales teams together .
Create effective content: You conceptualize and create appealing marketing materials for different target groups, monitor product launches and are responsible for creating presentations, point-of-sale articles and videos.
Promote digitalization: You shape the digital marketing strategy significantly with, implement it, and establish it sustainably. This includes developing and implementing social media campaigns (organic and paid) to increase brand awareness and lead generation, optimizing our Life Safety websites including SEO and web lead generation, organizing and promoting webinars, as well as managing paid online ads (SEA).
Support events: You actively participate in the organization of marketing events to maintain valuable contacts with our customers and partners and build new relationships.
Analyze & optimize results: You use relevant data and KPIs for continuous monitoring and analysis of marketing efficiency, track lead generation and derive concrete measures from it to optimize our campaigns.
