The Mosaik-Berlin gGmbH is responsible for promoting, rehabilitating and employing people with disabilities. Tasks: Implementation of pedagogically designed group work; Development and implementation of individualized training plans; Support of participants in their professional development; Collaboration with colleagues to develop and implement training concepts; Participation in the planning and organization of events; Coordination of administrative tasks; Maintenance of records and documentation; Cooperation with external partners and stakeholders. Requirements: Completed vocational training or degree in a relevant field (e.g., pedagogy, education); Experience in group work and individualized support; Knowledge of labor market trends and developments; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong communication and organizational skills; Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
