Group Leader HR Management | BILLA

Job description

You take over the leadership and further development of an engaged team of 14 employees – consisting of 11 HR Business Partners (including a team leader) as well as 3 specialists and experts.
As central contact person and reliable sparring partner, you support your HR Business Partner team in leading executives along the entire employee lifecycle – from recruiting to offboarding – and bring your labor law expertise into play.
You analyze HR key figures, develop measures based on these and implement them with relevant interfaces. Furthermore, you are responsible for the further development and implementation of the nationwide compensation strategy for BILLA sales – focusing on the branch area.
You identify optimization potential in existing HR processes, develop new concepts and accompany their rollout in our sales and central areas.
Together with your team, you are responsible for the further development of our employer branding and steer central themes such as diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI), career & family, as well as health promotion in close coordination with internal stakeholders.
You are a driving force for strategic HR topics, accompany change processes, and drive personnel development and leadership topics forward.
You maintain close cooperation with the People & Culture departments – from strategic HR management to talent acquisition, payroll & services – and are an important interface to further stakeholders such as the works council.
