Do you enjoy working with people? Would you like to join our nursing team as Head of Care starting immediately or by arrangement for the Herzogenmühle Health Center?

• You will assume professional, personnel, and organizational leadership of the nursing team.
• You will actively participate in direct care and take leadership in complex and unstable situations; approximately 20% of your time will be available for administrative leadership tasks.
• You will lead the nursing reports and share responsibility for the accurate recording of services for our residents (EasyDoc & RAI-NH).
• You will actively contribute to the further development of the nursing area, bring in new ideas, and empower employees in the professional handling of challenging situations.
• You will coordinate and conduct doctor's rounds and ensure interprofessional collaboration.

• Empathetic and assertive leader with precise working methods and several years of professional experience in care and nursing, preferably in long-term care.
• Completed training as a nursing professional (HF/FH/DNII with SRK recognition for foreign diplomas), ideally with completed leadership training.
• Independence, resilience, and high standards for the quality of care and support for our residents.
• Strong sense of responsibility, very good German language skills in speaking and writing, and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to work in different shifts and on weekends.

The annual salary for this position ranges between CHF 93,838 and CHF 125,386 (100%) depending on experience.
