Tasks - Independent implementation of assembly assignments according to defined processes in German-speaking Switzerland - Responsibility for schedules, costs, quality, and daily reporting on the construction site - Planning and coordination of the deployment of assemblers and subcontractors on site - Organization of construction logistics, material delivery, and auxiliary equipment (e.g., scaffolding, lifting devices) - Ensuring compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations - Careful handling of the assembly vehicle and responsibility for its condition. Profile - Several years of professional and leadership experience on large construction sites in metal construction or related fields - Developed technical understanding and very good organizational skills - High spatial imagination and structured working method - Team player, reliable, flexible, and responsible - Very good German language skills in writing and speaking - Secure handling of common MS-Office applications - Driver's license category B is mandatory, BE is advantageous.
