Group Leader*in Maintenance - Nasschemie (d/m/w) is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling maintenance activities within the Nasschemie department. The main tasks include: * Planning and organization of maintenance activities in accordance with the company's maintenance strategy; * Coordination of maintenance personnel and external service providers; * Monitoring and control of maintenance costs; * Development and implementation of maintenance concepts and procedures; * Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards; * Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth operation of production processes. The ideal candidate should have: * A degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering); * Several years of experience in maintenance management or a related field; * Excellent organizational and communication skills; * Ability to work independently and as part of a team; * Familiarity with MS Office and other common software tools.
