Communicate, sell, advise, motivate – and always with a smile. As a Branch Manager, you will demonstrate your communication and sales talents daily in a varied and pleasant work environment. Do you enjoy organizing and keeping an overview even in stressful situations? In this position, you are not only the first point of contact for your team, but also for our customers.

You manage the assigned branch locations and the deployed stand-in staff and are responsible for all personnel administrative tasks, including shift planning, time management, and quality assurance.
You implement sales and service goals across the entire product range and ensure a high level of customer and service orientation.
You are responsible for the economic results of the branch in the areas of postal services, telecommunications, and merchandise, and derive targeted sales and optimization measures based on relevant key figures.
You actively participate in counter operations, ensure active product sales (up-selling and cross-selling), and professionally represent Österreichische Post externally.
You ensure efficient processes and are responsible for compliance with all quality and safety regulations.

Completed vocational training and several years of professional experience in sales.
Management experience is an advantage.
Confident and professional demeanor, as well as a high degree of service and customer orientation.
Basic MS Office skills and very good German language skills.

Salary and Bonuses: Remuneration based on full-time employment of 2,965.72 Euros gross monthly salary All-In.
